Manager of Supply Chain Activities, Ad-ID
Ad-ID is the standard identifier of creative assets in advertising. Formally ISCI, Ad-ID is widely used in the linear ad space but has yet to be used consistently in the digital supply chain.
• Work top tier publishers to help integrate Ad-ID into digital workflows
• Represent Ad-ID in all IAB and IAB Tech Lab working groups and task forces
• Create detailed workflow of the entire digital supply chain to better understand Ad-ID
• Introduce Ad-ID into the digital supply chain, including demos
• All aspects of digital advertising and marketing
Senior Director of Ad Operations, Insider Inc (Formally Business Insider)
Business Insider, now Insider is a large news publisher that grew exponentially and required the creation of an ad operations team
• Work with sales and account managers to plan and run successful ad campaigns
• Manage e-commerce tool and help distribute e-mails from different departments within the company
• Write client e-mails in HTML and put them in Sailthru to be sent out at the proper and most effective time
• Work with account management to address industry initiatives such as viewability and invalid human traffic
• Make decisions about ad technology platforms
• Help with optimizing higher value online and mobile campaigns
• Address technical issues that are encountered with ads, emails, and content series
• Create ad specs for the site
